is your b&b pancake mix gluten free?
Yes, all ingredients we use in the B & B pancake mix are gluten free. The mix is made in a kitchen that is not certified as gluten free.
are there any allergens?
There are no major allergens in the mix, such as: treenuts, peanuts, wheat, milk, eggs, seafood, or soybean.
is it vegan?
Yes, the mix is vegan. When preparing, you may use your preferred milk alternative or water (about 25% less than the recipe calls for milk). You may also substitute egg with chia seeds, apple sauce, or silken tofu. Feel free to experiment and let us know the results!
